QB Issue Resolution:
You’ll have to contact the Master Administrator of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, since she’s the only person who can make any changes and transfer administrator rights to an existing user.
For more in-depth information about the Master Admin rights, you can refer to this article: Learn about user types and permissions in QBO.
If there’s no way to contact your former Admin manager, then I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have direct access to your account and help you further with transferring the role.
Here’s how to get in contact with them:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click on Contact us.
- Enter your concern and select Let’s talk.
- Then, choose either Message an agent or Talk to a specialist.
I’m linking an article that will help you in the future: Manage your QuickBooks account, products, and subscriptions.
