Let’s check first if the invoice is paid twice. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your merchants account: https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/msc/portal/init.
  2. Click Transactions.
  3. The default date filter is Today. You’ll see the transactions within the date range.

If the invoice is paid twice, you can reverse the other transaction. Here’s how:

  1. Under Processing Tools, click Credit Card transactions.
  2. Click Reverse a transaction.
  3. Follow onscreen instructions to finish.
