It could be your browser has too much historical data from previously visited websites. This may impact the product’s functionalities, that’s why you’re unable to categorize your invoices.
To start with, let’s access your account through a private browser since it doesn’t store data in the cache. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard to open it.
Then, sign in to your account and visit the Invoices menu. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is to make sure this behavior won’t happen in the future.
