Let’s run the A/R Aging Summary report and filter it to show billed invoices by month.

 

You can customize your reports in QuickBooks to show the information you need. Here’s how:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Select Customers & Receivables, then A/R Aging Summary.
  3. Click Customize Report.
  4. Go to the Filters tab.
  5. Locate the Billing Status in the Choose Filter section.
  6. Select Billed from the Billing Status section.

  7. Click OK.
  8. Once done, select the desired month from the Dates drop-down
