QB Issue Resolution:
I totally understand how now that you’ve taken a tour, you don’t need to have that message on your Home screen anymore. I’m really glad that you were able to use it when you needed it, and I get how we don’t need that message anymore. At this time, there’s no way to remove that entry from the Home screen, but I’d really love it if you could help us out by suggesting this idea over to our engineers and product developers. I agree that a degree of customization on the Home screen would help not only you, but I’m sure a lot of other customers as well. To make this suggestion, you’ll want to click the gear in the upper right of your Home screen and choose Feedback from the dropdown. I’ll do the same thing on my side, so we’re hitting the engineers through both employee and customer channels. We really do update a lot, so you might be able to remove that tour option soon!
