QB Issue Resolution:
This time, you can customize only the column and headers to appear on your invoice.
Since you’ll need to add the Exempt Subtotal, Taxed Subtotal and Discount as standard fields to your invoices, I’d recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. Your feedback helps make QuickBooks Desktop better. This way, it’ll be compliant with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements.
Let’s share with our engineers so this will be considered for future enhancements. Here’s how:
- At the top menu bar, go to Help.
- Click Send Feedback Online.
- Enter your request/product suggestions, then click Next.
- Click Skip and send a message.
- Select Feedback as the Category.
