QB Issue Resolution:
I can help share information on how clients can sign in to their QuickBooks account.
When you process a subscription on behalf of your client, they will be receiving an email on how to set up their login credentials. For more insights into the process, I’m adding the article I recommend on this:
If your client is unable to receive an email, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Specialists. One of them will be able to review the registration status and resend the email message all over again.
- Log into your QuickBooks account.
- Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
- Click the Contact us hyperlink.
