QB Issue Resolution:
You can look at the Quantity Adjustment memo created once the Physical Inventory count was applied.
Go to Inventory menu > Quantity Adjustment History > look for the column ‘Source’ and ‘Reason’. Source will say “Physical” and Reason will say “Physical Invn”
