QB Issue Resolution:
Allow me to address your concern, so let me get this straightened out.
I appreciate you for following the steps provided by my colleagues above. I’ve replicated this on my own QuickBooks file, and it seems like the Estimated tax payment due alert in the Reminders window is working as designed. Currently, there isn’t a way to remove this option. I can see how this feature would be helpful for you, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product developers for future updates.
Here’s how you can send feedback:
- At the top menu bar, click Help.
- Select Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion, and fill in the feedback info.
- Click Send Feedback.
