QB Issue Resolution:
It appears from your description that the page might not be loading correctly due to a browser issue. If that is the case, please clear all of your browser’s cache and internet history, close the browser fully before loading QuickBooks Online again. Below are the steps to do so for the different types of browser.
If you’re using Google Chrome or Firefox, please press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL while in the browser and it would bring up the history menu.
Make sure all boxes are ticked
For Google Chrome, please set the time frame to be “the beginning of time”
For Firefox, please set the time frame to be “Everything”
For any other browsers, please refer to the link below
In my opinion, Firefox and Google Chrome works best with QBO. If the issue persists, please use a different browser and make sure that your browsers are up to date.
