QB Issue Resolution:
Hi Deborah2906. The Reports in QuickBooks can only be grouped or arranged by a single information. If the Invoices are grouped by Sales Rep it cannot be grouped again by Aging. But the A/R Aging Report Detail can include a column for the Rep or the Sales by Rep Detail can include a column for Aging. When you get to either of the Reports, click Customize Report and add the Rep or Aging from the list of Columns on the Display tab.
