QB Issue Resolution:
I’ve checked if there are similar reported issues but found none, jatranstrum.
This can happen when the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online was interrupted which is causing the transactions to not sync properly.
We can start by manually updating our bank account on the banking page to help us locate those missing transactions. Here’s how:
- From the left panel, select Banking.
- Select your bank account.
- Click Update.
If they still don’t show, we can manually import them using our WebConnect feature. Once it’s successfully imported into QBO, we can then assign and categorize them.
