QB Issue Resolution:

So far, we haven’t receive a reported issue with Commbank. Though, we can try to check what’s preventing the feed from working.

Banks have maintenance updates that affect the connection between QuickBooks and the bank’s server. You might want to check with your bank to see if this is the case.

Also, there are times when QuickBooks’ bank feed don’t update automatically after a maintenance update from the bank. You can try updating the feed manually by clicking on the Update button in the Banking page. We recommend doing this 3-5 times to ensure the updates go through properly.

If your bank is doing its maintenance update, you can upload your transactions manually in the meantime. For instructions how, you can check this article: Upload more than 90 days of bank transactions through Web Connect.
