QB Issue Resolution:

We received a report that customers can’t save their company logo or the Save button is greyed out. With that, I suggest reaching out to our phone support team so they can add your account to the notification list. You will be receiving email updates of the ongoing investigation after doing so.

 

Here’s how to contact them:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks.
  2. At the upper right corner, click the question mark icon (Help).
  3. Click the Contact us button.
  4. Enter your concern that you can’t save your account’s logo and then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way on how you’ll want to get in touch with them.
