QB Issue Resolution:

Great news! We have the Custom Form Styles feature in QuickBooks Online where you have the ability to change and create your own template. You can change the format of your invoices, estimates and sale receipts to highlight your company’s brand.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click the New style button to create a new invoice template.
  4. Once done, click the drop-down arrow beside Edit, and select Make default.

That should do it! For more customization on your invoice or other transaction forms, just look into this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145539.

Also, I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.

That information should help you with making your new invoice templates in QuickBooks! Let me know if you have further questions about your concern. I’m always around to help.
