QB Issue Resolution:
Currently, paying a QuickBooks Online subscription in advance is not possible. However, when your subscription is cancelled, you will have read-only access for one year. During the one year period, you can still view your lists, export to desktop or excel and run reports by logging into the account from the login page and closing out the page to subscribe.Once the year is up, your data is permanently deleted from our servers and there is no way to retrieve the data.
You can reactivate your account at any time within the one year period to let your accountant access the account.
