QB Issue Resolution:
Let me help preview your journal entry transaction.
We’ll need to save the journal entry before there will be the option to preview it.
- Click on the Plus (+) icon.
- Select Journal Entry.
- Fill in the information in the Journal Entry page.
- Click Save and close.
To preview the journal entry transaction:
- Click on the Search icon.
- Click on Advance Search.
- Filter your search to Journal Entries.
- Select Search, then locate and click the journal entry to open.
- Click More.
- Select Transaction journal.
If you want to make some changes in the transaction, click on Journal Entry and make some edits, then click Save and close.
