QB Issue Resolution:

You should be able to simply reprint the form in the same way you initiated Direct Feed the first time. On the Banking page you should have a link that says something like “Get a better connection” which will take you to the form.

I will however mention that due to recent banking updates the initial setup of Direct Feed was temporarily removed however this should not affect accounts where you have the Direct Feed setup has already been initiated (If you had the letter the first time the initiation would have already begun)
