QB Issue Resolution:
As of the moment, you are unable to upload an Excel spreadsheet with customer details and automatically generate invoices from the imported file. You’ll have to first import the customer list, then manually create the invoices. Make sure to follow the guidelines for the import to be successful.
Here’s how to import your contacts:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company and complete the import.
1. Under Tools, choose Import Data.
2. From the list, select Customers depending on which you want to import.
3. Select the Browse button.
4. Find and select the Excel file, click Open then select Next to continue.
5. Map your data then select Next.
6. Adjust your data if necessary then select Import.
