QB Issue Resolution:

I’m here to share some information about your emailed invoice concern.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the body of an emailed invoice? If so, you can only view it on your own email account once you’ve sent a copy of the invoice to it. You’ll want to enable this setting in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let me show you how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Sales tab.
  4. In the Messages section, click on the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Click to select the Email me a copy at checkbox.
  6. Choose Save and click on Done.
