No, QuickBooks (Mac or Windows) does not handle investment portfolios and securities. Quicken for Mac 2007 does but it is very difficult to move from Quicken Windows to Quicken Mac.
You are probably best served by staying on Quicken Windows and running VMWare or Parallels and a virtual PC environment. Either that or find an online service that does what you need.
