Yes, they can access the same QBO file as long as long as they are added as users to the company. Please make sure you’re the master admin when performing the steps below.
To add a new user from Chile:
- Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
- Select Manage Users under Your Company.
- Click Add user.
- Choose the user type.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Type in his/her full name and email address.
- Click Save.
The attached screenshots below will show you the first three steps.
Then, you can repeat the process when adding a user from Canada.
Once done, they’ll receive emails to accept your invitations. Please have them click the Let’s go! links. From there, they’ll need to log in using their Intuit accounts or create new ones.
