QB Issue Resolution:

In QuickBooks Online, you can create Proposals/Quotes using Estimates and convert them into invoices. Let me walk you through with the steps:

  1. Click Plus icon (+) located in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Under Customers, click Estimate.
  3. Add the customer’s name.
  4. Verify the Estimate Date and enter the Expiration Date (optional).
  5. Enter the Service Date, Product/Service, Qty, Rate, Description, Amount & Customer message.
  6. Under the customer’s name is the Status drop-down arrow, choose a status (optional).
  7. Click Save.
