QB Issue Resolution:
You don’t do it on the Payment screen: “I do not have a second line to enter the use fee as -$2.00 on payment screen.”
It is part of Bank Deposit. You lost the fee, but the customer paid in full. The Payment is the gross, $100. The Net to Banking deposit is reduced by the fee you incurred.
I attached an example of a Bank Fee entry.
