QB Issue Resolution:
Changes to Customer names are not tracked.
Memorizing a transaction is not tracked. But the Creation of one that then is Saved and/or Deleted, either from the memorization or from the creation, will be on the audit trail.
Enterprise has Selective rights and Roles. You can lock down Everyone, and make them request you to make the change, or slowly and individually release their rights, to see who is doing this.
