QB Issue Resolution:

Just to confirm, did you change your email addresses on the Profile page? If so, this maybe the reason the program is still pulling up the old email addresses when sending your invoices to your clients.

 

To help fix this, you’ll need to add the new email address on the Your Work Info page. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to Invoices from the left menu.
  2. Select Create invoice at the upper right. 
  3. At the bottom of the New Invoice page, click Edit work info
  4. In the Email field, enter the correct email address.
  5. Click Save

 

Moving forward, the system will use the new email address for your invoicing.
