QB Issue Resolution:

You will need to change the Region and Language settings to have your vendors displayed in Chinese characters. Here’s how:

 

  1. On your keyboard, press Windows+R to open the run command.
  2. Type in Control panel, then select OK.
  3. Choose Clock, Language and Region, then click Change Location.
  4. In Home Location (Current Location in Windows7 and Vista), select China.
  5. On the Administrative tab, select Change System Locale, then choose Chinese.
  6. Select Apply, then click OK.
  7. Reboot the computer.
