Typically these kinds of errors happen when there’s an issue with the browser. When things like this happen there are a few troubleshooting steps that are really helpful:

Clear your cache. Here is a great link with step by step instructions on how to do that. Once the cache is cleared out, we’ll close out the browser completely and then reopen it.
Try another browser. The recommended browser is Chrome.
Attempt using an incognito window in Chrome. Just click the three lines under the red ‘x’ > New incognito window.
