QB Issue Resolution:
Aside from making sure that the company address is entered correctly, I’d suggest checking the form style you use for your invoices.
First, let’s check the name of the form style you use for your invoice by clicking the Customize tab at the bottom of the Invoice page. The style with a check mark is the one in use.
Second, let’s check the setup of the form style you use:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, choose Custom Form Styles.
- Click the name of the invoice form style to open it.
- Click the Header tab.
- In the Company section, click the pencil icon beside Address.
- Choose the correct State and Zip code.
- Click on Save.
- Click Save on the Custom Form Styles page.
You can also try clearing the cache in your browser to refresh it. Or, try using a different browser or a private window.
