QB Issue Resolution:

Would you please try following steps to solve this problem:
> Delete UpdateVersionInfo.xml from SyncManager folder location given below
> Exit Sync Manager
> Launch Sync Manager

SyncManager folder location is:
Windows 7: “C:UsersAppDataLocalIntuitSyncManagerUpdateVersionInfo.xml”
Vista: “C:UsersAppDataLocalIntuitSyncManagerUpdateVersionInfo.xml”
XP: C:Documents and SettingsLocal SettingsApplication DataIntuitSyncManagerUpdateVersionInfo.xml

If problem still persist even after deleting UpdateVersionInfo.xml, Please provide the logs which can helps us to know the problem, Please refer link below to get SyncManager logs:
