QB Issue Resolution:

“When I go to Banking Center and tic deactivate, I get a message “…downloaded transactions that have not been added to register.”

Because you FIRST need to delete the banking data waiting for you in the Banking Center.

” if I complete the “add transactions to QB” the only selection is “Credit Cards” instead of the credit card account register I want to add to “Wells Fargo Credit card”.”

But, you DON’T want to ADD this, since you described it was linked to the wrong account in QB.

I thought you wanted to Clear Out the online banking, so that you can Disable the function that got linked to the wrong account? Then, link it to the Right account, and get the download again?

You can DELETE from within the Banking Center. You select the account that SHOWS it has those transactions, and this will give you the screens for working with that info, including Delete All.
