QB Issue Resolution:

I want to share an idea about the calculation basis used on the Statement of Cash Flow report and help you with this.

QuickBooks Online uses the “Indirect” method calculation for Statement of Cash Flow. At this time, there isn’t a way to change the calculation preferences.

What we can do here is to export the Statement of Cash Flow report to Excel, and then set up a calculation flow manually. You may have to reach to an Excel expert to set up the calculations, though.

Though, it would be a great idea to have different calculation options on reports. You can send this idea to our developers by clicking on the Gear icon, and then selecting Feedback.

Please don’t hesitate to leave a reply if you need more help with your reports.
