QB Issue Resolution:

I doubt the plists will help anyone. The crash log would have the details, I assume you forwarded that. The problem as I know it has to do with a window being minimized when closing QB. Beyond that Intuit has published that 2015 and 2016 are the only year versions officially supported on El Capitan. Any issues regarding the OS will not be addressed in  year versions other than those supported.
