QB Issue Resolution:
Yes, stop changing the bank account in the upper left corner to Undeposited Funds. This account in the upper left should be the account you are depositing IN to. Change this to your bank account and you should see the list of undeposited funds appear at the top of the deposit screen.
If this is a file converted from desktop, then you probably have to Undeposited Funds account, you have to use the QBO generated one. Merge them or else move the payments to the correct one & turn off the other
