QB Issue Resolution:

The first time you run your payroll those accounts are added. If you prefer (let’s say you don’t like some of the ones suggested) you can manually add the accounts to the Chart of Accounts and then go back into payroll settings and choose to map to the accounts you just added. You can always clean up after as well.
