QB Issue Resolution:
Hi mattson5! It would be best to check if your Preference is set to “Automatically remember account or transaction information”. You may do that by going to Edit menu> Preferences> General> My Preferences> Automatically Recall Information.
This setting allows QB to recall the setting that was used on a previous transaction.
