Since you are using the QuickBooks Email service, the change Intuit made was to send emails using the address [email protected]. This allows emails to be received by the majority of email providers, however it still may get flagged as spam and redirected to the Spam folder.

1.Add the address [email protected] to your contacts list.
2.Create a filter or rule that will ensure any emails from [email protected] get placed in the Inbox.
