QB Issue Resolution:

If you can’t see the Bin Location of a specific item, let’s make sure that the Bin Location is active. Here’s how:

  1. Click List Menu
  2. Look for Inventory Site List
  3. Put a check mark in the Include Inactive Box at the bottom
  4. Look for the specific Bin Location
  5. Click on the X mark, to make it active

However, if you’re referring to the Bin Location column in your Inventory Center, we currently can’t add it in QuickBooks Desktop. I’d encourage you to send a message to our product development team to make them aware of what you would like to see added. Just click Help, then send Feedback online.
