QB Issue Resolution:

I’d like to give some updates about the error that you received while accessing pay stubs through Workforce.

 

We currently have an ongoing issue wherein Workforce users receive the “We can’t get your info. Your employer isn’t connected to QuickBooks Payroll. Contact them to access your paycheck” error when trying to view their pay stubs. Our engineers are already aware of this issue and now working to come up with a permanent fix.

 

For now, I’d suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team so you’ll be added to the list of the affected users. This way, you’ll be able to receive recent reports about the status of the issue via email.
