QB Issue Resolution:

The “In QuickBooks” tab is already updated as the Reviewed tab, Christina.

 

If the transactions that you want to delete (Exclude) are added and matched, they appear in your Reviewed tab. You’ll need to Undo them first so they will show up in the For Review page. From there, you can exclude them by batch.

 

Here’s how:

  1. From the Banking page, choose the bank account.
  2. Click the Reviewed tab and select multiple transactions needed to be excluded.
  3. Then, click the Undo button.
  4. Go to the For Review tab to exclude batch transactions.
  5. Mark a check on the transactions and then click the Batch actions drop-down arrow and select Exclude Selected.

However, it’s not advisable to disconnect a bank account but I have here an article as your reference if you prefer to: Disconnect or delete an account from the Downloaded Transactions page.

Resolution for Issue 'Hello, I have the Online Accountant version and would like to delete bulk entries from my Bank. The Help articles say I should be able to do it under Banking/ In Quickbooks tab, which I don’t have. Is there a way to delete entries as a Batch action somewhere? If not, would deleting the Bank account resolve my issue, aka can I delete the Bank account with all the entries included and without any trace in QB? (I accidentally imported multiple years into QB, whereas I would like to start using it only from a specific FY, and so I want to get rid off all historic movements before that year).
