QB Issue Resolution:
Your clients/customers do not pay any fees for paying your invoices to them online. If they did they would be ill-inclined to do so and would instead spend the $0.55 to mail you a paper check. I know I would. (and do) And my vendors appreciate not incurring fees at their end.
Not that I would ever suggest a QB user switch from Desktop (which has the $1 per ACH fee) to Online (in which ACH are free) if you incurred enough per month to cover the monthly subscription to QBO (online) it could be worth it
