QB Issue Resolution:
Using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, you can let your customer sign an estimate or invoice. However, the ability to add your signature on the payments you’ve received or on the sales receipt is not available.
Also, you can only print an invoice with a signature if you’re using a standard invoice template. If you’re using the custom template, you can’t include the signature when printing an invoice since we can’t map the signature field when importing a template.
