QB Issue Resolution:

Once integrated, all the invoices that were created in Studio Ninja will be copied automatically in QuickBooks.  It’s possible that there is a temporary internet outage at the time when saving the invoice. That’s why it was not copied to QBO successfully.

You can click the “Copy to QuickBooks” button. This will copy the invoice and all the data to QuickBooks again. However, if you’re still not seeing any data, I suggest contacting Studio Ninja to help you check what’s causing the issue.
