QB Issue Resolution:

You can follow these steps on how you can add the second account:

 

  1. Go to Accounting Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. In the Account window, select Bank from the Account Type and choose Checking from the Detail Type.
  4. Enter the NameDescription, and Balance.
  5. Hit the Save and Close button.
