QB Issue Resolution:
The item description from the invoice will always reflect in the Email as long as you’ve selected the Online invoice as your email option.
Here’s how to check your email option and switch to Online invoice:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Accounts and Settings.
- Choose the Sales option from the left menu.
- Go to Online delivery and click the pencil icon on the right-side.
- Select Online invoice under Additional email options for invoices.
- Click Save and Done.
