QB Issue Resolution:
There isn’t a feature to add a disclaimer to a packing slip, but I’d be happy to show you a workaround to add this by customizing form styles.
- Click the Gear icon at the top right.
- Select Custom Form Styles.
- Find the form style used for your invoice or sales receipt and, click Edit under the ACTION column.
- Click Content tab at the top.
- On the invoice at the right, click the third pencil icon.
- You can enter the company disclaimer in the Add footer text field.
- Click Done.
Having a field to enter a company disclaimer would make a great option, though! You can send feedback to our product developers and engineers. Just click on the Gear icon, then choose Feedback. We are always interested in customer feedback about what we might be able to improve.
