QB Issue Resolution:

In QBO Sales > All Sales > Filter > Customer – it will show you all activity for that customer. If you don’t see a column with a paperclip at the top go to little gear icon and make sure that the Attachments is selected. You can also filter by type of transaction like invoice or sales receipt.
