You can pull up the Transaction List by Vendor report to show the outstanding checks.

Here’s how:

  1. Click the Reports tab on the left.
  2. In the Search bar, type Transaction List by Vendor and hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Click the Change Columns button.
  5. In the Available Columns, highlight Open Balance.
  6. Click the Add button and click OK.
  7. Click Run Report.
