QB Issue Resolution:

Try:

Holding down the option and command keys when you press the print button on the print dialog. This resets some print preferences.

If that doesn’t work, try running File->Utilities->Rebuild

If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the Mac with the shift key held down while it reboots. This opens it in “Safe” mode. Then launch QB and try printing. If that works there is a driver extension.

If none of that works, try printing to a PDF instead of to the printer. if that works, the problem may be an issue with the printer driver.

Also make sure you’ve run QuickBooks->Check For Updates and applied any available updates.
