QB Issue Resolution:

Let’s go to the Chart of Accounts settings to check if account is set to inactive. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click Accounting on the left pane.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Click Settings beside the Print list icon.
  4. Make sure to uncheck the Include inactive option.
  5. Look for the account, click Make active under the Action column.

Once done, go back to the Reconcile page to locate and use the account.

You can go back to the steps above and tick the Include inactive box if you want to remove an account.
